You hereby accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein when you use/access our website. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.

As below mentioned Terms and Conditions constitutes an agreement between you being the User and the company, we request you read through the below terms and conditions for your knowledge and understanding.

WEB CONTENTS:

  • Our Website www.calltrip.com should be accessed for your personal use and you ate are not allowed to exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, which includes any image, video, text for any commercial or public use.
  • You are entitled to use our website with respect to all terms and conditions mentioned on our website and you automatically confirm that you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • Our company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any manner whatsoever.
  • Our website shall be used only for consumer use only and shall not be used by any Travel agent/Tour Operator/Consolidator/Aggregator for any individual or group booking. If we found any of such booking created by consolidator/ aggregator/ operator we deserve right to cancel such bookings immediately without any notice. Our special offers and discounts promoted on our website are applicable to the consumer for end use only.
  • We have restricted accessibility to certain areas of the Site may to registered members only. To become a registered member, you need to answer certain questions or provide certain details. You hereby confirm that all the information provide by you is true and you are completely responsible for any incorrect information provided.
  • In the event you find any content on the Website which you deem is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable, against any religious beliefs, spam, potentially infringing or is not authorized by the intellectual property rights owner or is violative of any applicable law, kindly request you to send us an email on [email protected]. CALLTRIP – RIGHTS:

  • You hereby confirm that any material/information submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcast, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by Company anywhere in the world, in any medium, forever.
  • If you send any communications or materials to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by Company, as non-confidential.
  • You being the user authorize that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way in which Company uses such material.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • We hereby declare that we accept online payments only in Indian Rupees (Rs) on www.calltrip.com.
  • You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used for transaction through www.calltrip.com.
  • You shall agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months from the date of transaction.
  • You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting entire amount paid for such bookings, and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

DELIVERY POLICY:

  • All services purchased on www.calltrip.com will be delivered by Email in the form of a printable electronic ticket with your unique PNR number and E- Ticket details after the successful completion of your purchase.
  • We will notify about any changes to it may also be delivered to your mobile number, subject to service availability.
  • You must check that you have received the ticket for your purchase by e-mail and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.
  • We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.

PRIVACY POLICY:

  • We completely understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust on your part.
  •  We understand your concern and insecurity and hence take your trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.
  •  Please read our privacy policy to learn about our privacy practices.

MATERIAL TRANSMISSION:

  • You hereby confirm that you understand that all Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and  any message or information you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless there is a special notice that a particular message (for example, credit card/debit card/bank information) is encrypted (send in code). Sending a message to Company does not cause Company to have any special responsibility to you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE:

  • Calltrip at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof.
  • Any contract to provide any service by Calltrip is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by Calltrip.
  • Without prejudice to the other remedies available to Calltrip under this agreement, the TOS or under applicable law, Calltrip may limit the user's activity, or end the user's listing, warn other users of the user's actions, immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate the user's registration, and/or refuse to provide the user with access to the website if:
  1. The user is in breach of this agreement, the TOS and/or the documents it incorporates by reference.
  2. Calltrip is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the user.
  3. Calltrip believes that the user's actions may infringe on any third party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability for the user, other users of the website and/or Calltrip.
  4. Calltrip may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. Once the user have been indefinitely suspended the user shall not register or attempt to register with Calltrip or use the website in any manner whatsoever until such time that the user is reinstated by Calltrip. 

RELATIONSHIP:

  • None of the provisions of any agreement, terms and conditions, notices, or the right to use this website by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of Calltrip Websites or its partner websites, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and Calltrip and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.

DISCLAIMER:

  • All the specified content on this Site are provided on an "As Is" basis, without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Company does not accept any responsibility and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site or to utilize any function due to technical errors.
  • You hereby confirm that you completely understand, Company and our website www.calltrip.com provides services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you through the suppliers and we are the intermediary service provider. We are not the end service provider to you and therefore, Company shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.
  • You hereby confirm your acknowledgement that www.calltrip.com or the company will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused to you because of error on our website or any technicality issue and not limited to any changes in the services provided by service provider like Airline/ Hotel/ Tour operator/ Bus booking operator.
  • If for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of the Company shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Company for the transaction in question.
  • Apart from this, you are not entitled for any other additional claims for any losses in your personal or professional life because of incompetency of the services provided and confirmed for you.

GENERAL PROVISIONS/ RESOURCES:

  • Company deserves the whole and sole right to add or modify or remove any mentioned terms and conditions or a part of it at any time without any prior notice. This changes applies instantly as soon as this changes are published on our website to all the consumers who use/ access our website after publishing the content with the changes on the website
  • Similarly, we deserve the right to change any content published on our website at any time without any prior notice.
  • Company reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.
  • If Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Company may cancel the said orders at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Company.
  • It will be completely your responsibility if you are making any bookings to destination which is unsafe to travel, stay or you use services for any region. We should not be held liable to any losses caused to you due to any disruptions caused in the travel plan.
  • We request you to recheck with the concerned authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued for travelling to any region before booking travel to certain international or any domestic destinations.
  • You are not entitled to claim any damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
  • Calltrip reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
  • Company reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
  • You are not entitled for any waiver by Company of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

UNUTILISED TRAVEL / HOTEL BOOKINGS / REFUNDS AGAINST NO SHOW :

  • You are entitled to request any refunds against the unutilized hotel/air/bus bookings only if you are eligible for any refund as per the rules that abide the services you transacted through our website.
  •  In case of 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking.
  • Refunds would be processed as per the policies of Airlines, hotels and Calltrip as in many of case may be no refund request can be processed. No refund would be payable for any request made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

JURISDICTION:

  • Calltrip hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices.
  • Calltrip considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Mumbai, India.

DISPUTES:

  • In case of any dispute between you and Company during your use of our website or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties (The Company and the User) shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. Such Proceedings should be carried in English language.
  • The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Mumbai, India.

International Flight Booking Terms & Conditions

Flight booking:

  • Please ensure that the name entered in the traveler’s detail page is exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • The total airfare amount displayed on the website is inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • To receive the confirmation of your international air ticket booking you have to pay the total cost of the booking.
  • All international air tickets issued to the passenger shall additionally be governed under the terms & conditions of the respective airline you have booked your air tickets with.
  • The fares displayed on our website are subject to change & we cannot guarantee the fare will remain same.
  • Calltrip is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same are informed by the airlines to us. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • No refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
  • Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and passport with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary of your booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Calltrip will charge transaction fees for availing the Calltrip Services. Calltrip reserves the right to alter any & all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Calltrip Services.
  • Minimum 2 passengers will be required in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare.
  • Calltrip charges a non-refundable convenience charge - for one way flights Rs. 295.00 and Rs. 395.00 for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  • Calltrip reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers for business purpose without any written prior notice. The promotional offers are strictly meant for bookings booked for personal travel only.

Check-in:

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior to departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Calltrip is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).
  • Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat allocations.

Amendments:

  • Calltrip can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
  • Every booking made on Calltrip is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Calltrip charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of Rs. 500.00 per passenger per ticket for International bookings (Anywhere to Anywhere in the world).
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All amendments should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.
  • Air Arabia bookings cannot be rescheduled or changed with us. For rescheduling or changing the ticket, please contact airline directly and it is subject to airline's terms and conditions.
  • All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.
  • For the flights originating outside of India, Airline will charge an amendment fee between $200 - $300 on top of the fare difference, depending on the Airline.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Every booking made on Calltrip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
  • Convenience fee is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation by the user, or flight cancellation by the airline.
  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Calltrip cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher.
  • Calltrip cancellation charges: Calltrip will levy Rs 600 per passenger, per ticket for each cancellation, over and above the airline cancellation charges.
  • All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team.
  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained. Calltrip shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 3 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Calltrip will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • Convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • For any cancellation made by you for which refund is already processed and if it is found that you have used/made changes to the ticket on the same PNR directly with the airline, Calltrip reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you.
  • For the flights originating outside of India, Airline cancellation charges are between $200 - $300, depending on the Airline.

Refunds:

  • It is mandatory to contact Calltrip for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.calltrip.com.
  • If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Calltrip by Email or in order to initiate the refunds process.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Calltrip shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes to us your eligible refund.
  • Calltrip will not be responsible for any flight reschedule/cancellations by the airline.

Domestic Flight Booking Terms & Conditions

Flight booking:

  • Please ensure that the name entered in the traveler’s detail page is exactly as per the government identity proof. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • The total airfare amount displayed on the website is inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • To receive the confirmation of your domestic air ticket booking you have to pay the total cost of the booking.
  • All domestic air tickets issued to the passenger shall additionally be governed under the terms & conditions of the respective airline you have booked your air tickets with.
  • The fares displayed on our website are subject to change & we cannot guarantee the fare will remain same.
  • Calltrip is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same are informed by the airlines to us. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure. Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and changes.
  • No refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights. Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Calltrip will charge Non-refundable transaction fees for availing the Calltrip Services. Calltrip reserves the right to alter any & all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Calltrip Services.
  • Friends and Family Special Fares are applicable only on both Domestic and International sectors.
  • Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking.
  • Seats are subject to availability.
  • Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings.
  • Normal baggage allowance will be applicable. It may differ from Airline to Airline fares and Baggage Policy.
  • All statutory taxes, surcharges and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of travel.
  • Calltrip charges a non-refundable convenience charge - for one way flights Rs. 220.00 and Rs. 370.00 for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
  • Calltrip reserves the right to cancel any booking made by any travel agent using promotional offers for business purpose without any written prior notice. The promotional offers are strictly meant for bookings booked for personal travel only.

Check-in:

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • Additional payment may be charged by the airline for seat allocations.

Amendments:

  • Calltrip can assist you with amendments to most bookings. Every booking made on Calltrip is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected. The charges levied by Airlines are Non-Refundable in case of cancellation post amendment.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Calltrip charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of Rs. 250.00 per passenger per sector for Domestic bookings (Anywhere to Anywhere in India).
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • All amendments should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a No Show.

  • Calltrip cancellation charges: Calltrip will levy Rs. 300.00 per passenger, per sector for each cancellation, over and above the airline cancellation charges.
  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained. Calltrip shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team.
  • If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Calltrip will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • Convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • For any cancellation made by you for which refund is already processed and if it is found that you have used/made changes to the ticket on the same PNR directly with the airline, Calltrip reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you.

  • Calltrip shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes to us your eligible refund.
  • Calltrip will not be responsible for any flight is rescheduled/cancelled by the airline.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the airline cancels flight & refunds the amount).
  • In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

General Terms & Conditions for Holiday Packages

  • You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are capable of entering, performing and adhering to these Usage Terms and that you agree to be bound by these Usage Terms. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the Website/ Application, they shall do so only with the involvement, guidance and supervision of their parents and / or legal guardians, under such Parent /Legal guardian’s registered account.
  • By confirming any booking on www.calltrip.com you confirm that you are acknowledged about all terms and conditions of Calltrip and you agree with the same.
  • Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please contact our tour experts.
  • All package rates displayed on www.calltrip.com is subject to availability and may change depending on change in the rates of hotel booking, flight booking, bus booking, rail booking or Visa fees.
  • Calltrip accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate description or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or on the website.
  • Calltrip is an intermediary service provider and when you confirm any package booking with www.calltrip.com, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions of www.calltrip.com along with the terms and conditions of end service provider which include hotel management, tour operator and other service providers.
  • All images displayed on our website is just for reference and they might differ from reality. Calltrip shall not be held liable in case of any discrepancy in the services or infrastructure or ambience.
  • Calltrip request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with us. By offering travel products for particular destinations, Calltrip does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. Calltrip is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
  • Calltrip reserves the sole right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package displayed on website without any prior notice.
  • The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
  • Calltrip/Service provider/Tour operator may revise the itinerary based on various factors like maintenance of historical monuments, museums, major events like sports conventions, religious festivals, etc. www.calltrip.com reserves the right to change the departure date or cancel a departure due to unforeseen reasons and will not take any responsibility for any ticket of the customer which they may have purchased in advance for sector within India or abroad.
  • Calltrip is not responsible if Individuals do not adhere to time at all stages of the tour. In the event that a customer misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.
  • All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the e-mail confirmation from us. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information, which needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. Calltrip cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.
  • We will try our best to provide all services as per those specified / confirmed and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you opt for any value added service which is not included in the Holiday package or get yourself upgraded, then you are requested to settle the payment directly as Calltrip takes no responsibility of such services. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.
  • All the holiday packages listed on www.calltrip.com are mentioned with their hub cities. Passengers starting their tour from hubs other than those mentioned in the inclusion of the package may be required to pay a supplement cost to travel to and from the hub city.
  • We have designed all our international holiday packages on an estimated Rate of Exchange. Your holiday package cost may vary depending upon the rate of exchange at the time of payment.
  • Single passenger or passengers travelling in uneven number in a group are required to take a single room. In this case, the passenger needs to pay an additional cost. In case of fixed departures, if www.calltrip.com is unable to find a companion for the passenger in uneven numbers, additional single room supplement may be applicable.
  • Under some emergency or uncontrollable circumstances shall www.calltrip.com re-conduct a tour, No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.
  • If you choose to prepone or postpone a confirmed tour, it may result in additional cost that need to be paid in advance.
  • Our deals might fluctuate during peak dates, due to festivals or holidays or other high occupancy dates.
  • Any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in change of the total holiday package cost if the minimum number of passengers have been indicated by the passenger at the time of booking.
  • For any International package tour confirmed with Calltrip and if you are unable to travel due to VISA rejection, Calltrip shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused and in case of cancellation or refund standard cancellation policy will be applicable.

Terms & Conditions for Domestic Holiday Packages

General Information:

  • The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
  • Check In time in Hotel is 12:00 Noon & Check out time of the hotel is 10:00 AM. (Early check in is subject to availability)
  • Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
  • We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.  
  • In Himachal, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
  • We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • We reserve the rights to do any change in your Holiday program due to unexpected conditions
  • Unless the change is as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as fighting, disturbance, flight cancellation, train cancellation, terrorist movement, natural tragedy, fire, bad weather conditions. We shall not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation.
  • Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
  • No discount will be provided after confirmation.
  • ID is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers Licence, Voters Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Your Responsibility:

  • We want all our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree Holiday. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe your actions could upset, annoy or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or you are unfit to travel, we may end your Holiday and terminate your contract. You and your travelling party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other Travel Arrangements forming part of your booking and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have to pay. Alternatively at our discretion, you may be permitted to continue with your Holiday but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon you.
  • In addition to the above and the effect your actions may have on others, you must particularly also bear in mind that you are responsible for your safety, and that you are responsible for the condition of the property you occupy. We are not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around irresponsible behavior or for any accidents which occur anywhere on properties because of glass, china or the like which you have broken and/or have left in a way in which injury can result.
  • We expect that you will enjoy your holiday with us. We appreciate that you may well drink alcohol as part of your enjoyment. You must, however, do so responsibly and we will have no liability to you for any injury, loss or damage you suffer as a result of your judgment being impaired wholly or partly by alcohol.
  • We will hold you and the members of your travelling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately.
  • If your behavior or the behavior of any members of your travelling party causes or be likely to cause danger or upset or any damage to the property we and/or the carrier will hold you and those members jointly and individually liable for all costs incurred as a result of that diversion. We cannot accept liability for the behavior of others in your accommodation, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their action.

Payment Policy:

  • 50 % of the total package cost must be paid to confirm the package.
  • Remaining 50 % must be paid 15 days prior from the date of your journey.

Amendment Policy:

  • If in case client wish to Prepone /postpone travel dates, so request should reach us 25 days prior to journey date via mail.
  • We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However postponing & proponing second time will attract additional charges.
  • Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and Season/ Offseason time. (Do intimate us 25 Days prior to your journey)
  • We do not accept any change in plan within 25 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
  • Company has a right to re-schedule the site seeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • If any amendment within the tour is requested by the guest will be treated as fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier tour cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with procedures of Payment Policy.
  • Amount is non-refundable, in case of No Show from customer.
  • 30% of the tour cost will be charged, if cancelled 60 days prior from the date of departure.
  • 40% of the tour cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 40 to 60 days from the date of departure.  
  • 50% of the tour cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 16 to 39 days from the date of departure.
  • 60% of the tour cost will be charged in case of cancellation within 11 to 15 days from the date of departure.
  • 100% of the total package cost, if cancelled within 10 Days from date of departure.
  • If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client, if informed 16 days prior from the date of journey. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
  • However on exceptional cases company reserves the Right to refund the advance payment after deduction of service charge* (For example: Instant death & serious Health Issue. Please Note: Company would also need the certificates for the same for Refund)
  • The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
  • Services of package will be provided on written bases only & complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash/money if not provided in any case.

Notes:

  • Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
  • If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
  • Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
  • Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
  • No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
  • Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.
  • Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

  • Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
  • Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months upon return.

Your Responsibility:

  • 50% of the tour cost will be charged in case if cancellation within 45 To 31 Days from the date of departure.
  • 100% of the total package cost if cancelled within 30 Days or less from the date of departure.
  • Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season.
  • Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.

  • Calltrip reserves the right to change Validity dates given.

  • No refund would be given in case of unavailability of complimentary services.

Terms & Conditions For Bus Bookings

Our website www.calltrip.com (the "Site") is published and maintained by Calltrip under (Sale Mega Safe Travel Pvt Ltd) a company located in Navi Mumbai and incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India.

You hereby accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein when you use/access our website. When you access any of the sub-Site (whether belonging to an 'associate' of Company or otherwise) through this Site, then such sub-Site may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-Site.

  • By using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
  • All information shown on the site is the exclusive property of Calltrip.
  • Bus fares shown on the website are subject to change. Bus fares may also be subject to additional charges and fees including taxes.
  • As per recent budget, Service Tax of 4.95% is applicable on the ticket fare for the passengers travelling in Air Conditioned buses.
  • www.calltrip.com is only an online bus ticket booking system. www.calltrip.com doesn't operate any bus services. Only authorized bus operators will be viewable on the website.
  • Calltrip is responsible for issuing a valid ticket, provide support in the event of ticket cancellation, and provide customer support including information regarding bus operators.
  • Calltrip is not responsible for delays, availability of the bus, services on the bus, and any loss of goods or property of the passengers on the bus.
  • Calltrip is not responsible for any accidents or harm caused to the passenger and is hereby excused from any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, or attorneys' fees.
  • The passengers should reach at the mentioned boarding point address 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Carry a copy of the ticket at the time of boarding the bus as proof of purchase. Customers may not be allowed to board the bus if they fail to show a copy of their purchased ticket and Identity proof (Driving License, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card) upon boarding.
  • Any changes to travel dates due to weather conditions will be communicated through email.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email and phone number so that the booking confirmation email/SMS will not be delayed and won't fail to reach you. Please write an email to us at [email protected] if you don't receive booking confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Bank transaction charges may apply based on your card / bank.
  • KPN travel operator will not allow mTicket, so please carry ticket print out while boarding the bus.
  • Calltrip charges a non-refundable convenience charge - for one way travel Rs. 30.00 and Rs. 50.00 for roundtrip additionally on per passenger basis.

Failed Transaction:

  • A transaction might fail for several reasons and your account/card might be debited without generating a ticket.
  • If the amount is deducted from your account/card, we request you to kindly send us an email at [email protected] to re-confirm the failed transaction before proceeding with a fresh transaction/booking.
  • Transactions such as these are refunded back to customer. Please read the Cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Operators may change their cancellation policy at any time.
  • Service tax amount won’t be refunded back to the customers.
  • Please read the cancellation terms provided while booking the ticket against each travel operator.
  • If the customer cancels the bus booking, www.calltrip.com will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount, and any other applicable bank and cancellation charges / penalty.
  • Calltrip cancellation charges: Calltrip will levy Rs. 30.00 per passenger per ticket for one way bus trip and Rs. 50.00 per passenger per ticket for round trip for each cancellation, over and above the service provider cancellation charges.
  • Refunds processed for cancelled tickets will be transferred to the passenger's bank account, debit / credit card.
  • Any refunds can happen within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another.
  • No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
  • Cancellation charges are applicable on Original fare but not on the Discounted Fare. Cancellation includes payment gateway charges also.
  • Operator may cancel the ticket at any time. If the service is cancelled, Passenger will be getting full refund.

  • Partial cancellation is not allowed.
  • For example: If customer book 3 seats in one ticket then he/she are not allowed to cancel single seat that may be A or B or C. Customer is only allowed to cancel total ticket associated with all seats.
