GENERAL INFORMATION:

• The package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
• Check in & Check out time may differ from destination to destination.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Unless the change is as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as fighting, disturbance, flight cancellation, train cancellation, terrorist movement, natural tragedy, fire, bad weather conditions. We shall not be held responsible for any refunds/compensation.
• Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
• Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months upon return.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: 

• We want all our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree Holiday. But you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and the effect they may have on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe your actions could upset, annoy or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them in any risk or danger, or damage property or you are unfit to travel, we may end your Holiday and terminate your contract. You and your travelling party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other Travel Arrangements forming part of your booking and we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any other costs you have to pay. Alternatively, at our discretion, you may be permitted to continue with your Holiday but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon you.
• In addition to the above and the effect your actions may have on others, you must particularly also bear in mind that you are responsible for your safety, and that you are responsible for the condition of the property you occupy. We are not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around irresponsible behaviour or for any accidents which occur anywhere on properties because of glass, china or the like which you have broken and/or have left in a way in which injury can result.
•  We expect that you will enjoy your holiday with us. We appreciate that you may well drink alcohol as part of your enjoyment. You must, however, do so responsibly and we will have no liability to you for any injury, loss or damage you suffer as a result of your judgment being impaired wholly or partly by alcohol.
• We will hold you and the members of your travelling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects or damage to an appropriate person immediately.
• If your behaviour or the behaviour of any members of your travelling party causes or be likely to cause danger or upset or any damage to the property, we and/or the carrier will hold you and those members jointly and individually liable for all costs incurred as a result of that diversion. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others in your accommodation, or for any facilities/services withdrawn because of their action.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50 % of the total package cost must be paid to confirm the package.
• Remaining 50 % must be paid 35 days prior from the date of your journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• There is no Contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with procedures of Payment Policy.
• The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• Amount is non-refundable, in case of No Show from customer.
• Advance amount is non-refundable, in case of cancellation within 46 To 60 Days from the date of departure.
• 50% of the tour cost will be charged in case if cancellation within 45 To 31 Days from the date of departure.
• 100% of the total package cost if cancelled within 30 Days or less from the date of departure.
• Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season.
• Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progress of tour.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

• All package rates displayed on calltrip.com is subject to availability and may change depending on rate of exchange, change in the rates of hotel booking, flight booking, bus booking or rail booking.
• Calltrip.com reserves the right to change Validity dates given.
• We reserve the rights to do any change in your Holiday program due to unexpected conditions.
• We have designed all our international holiday packages on an estimated Rate of Exchange. Your holiday package cost may vary depending upon the rate of exchange at the time of payment.
• The rates are not valid on block out dates.
• Any surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change the hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we find more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• Rates are valid only for Indian Nationals, for any other nationality, please contact our tour experts.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• Calltrip.com shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident, changes in schedule arising from factors within or beyond our control.
• Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on whether conditions and local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Calltrip.com is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
• Prices given are indicative and the same are subject to change with availability.
• We are not holding any blocks for the given itinerary. Rooms and Hotels are subject to change as per availability.
• No refund would be given in case of unavailability of complimentary services.
• The company reserves the right to forfeit the advance amount in case of any cancellation (including visa rejection).
